Pastor Frank Livingston
Frank Livingston was raised in the church, but as a young man he became involved in the drug traffic and the use of illegal drugs. This resulted in multiple addictions and other life-threatening habits.
After many years of abusing himself and his family as a result of his lifestyle, he developed a desire to escape this destructive behavior. That escape came in November 1985 when God delivered Frank from his destructive living.
Frank’s life was changed when God filled him with a burning desire to dedicate his life to the building of God’s Kingdom by reaching out to others who were seeking a release from the life of drugs and addictions.
His ministry is dedicated to providing quality ministry and services that will help God’s people to attain the growth and high quality of life that God purposed and designed for His people.
Frank seeks to motivate, to inspire, and to help to transform the negative thinking processes into the positive thinking that comes from the knowledge that God desires only the best for His people. He believes that by bringing about a transformation in one’s thinking and perception, it will bring about a positive change in families, communities, and ultimately, the world.
